Class Cancellation Policy:

Please know that we value both your time and our time. When we set up a workshop, that time is set aside to focus on your workshop with additional time to prepare. This allows us to come to the workshop ready and to utilize our time as efficiently as possible. We understand emergencies happen and a cancellation may be required. If you do need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible by email at mainfityoga@gmail.com or by text at 731-695-3127. Cancellations made up to two weeks before will only be charged a small ($25) processing fee.

To avoid being charged a cancellation fee, please make sure you contact us at least 2 weeks before your scheduled workshop. Cancellations requested less than 72 hrs. before your scheduled workshop will incur a handling fee of $50. Any cancellations requested less than 72 hrs. before your scheduled workshop will be subject to the discretion of the instructor/s.

If the workshop must be canceled by the instructor due to low attendance or other unforeseen circumstances, all applicants will receive a full refund. If cancellation is due to low attendance, applicants will be notified in time to cancel travel arrangements.
