Intro to Yoga 4-class series

This is a flexible 4-week plan that will be offered over a series of 12 weeks on Mondays at 5:00 PM. The four-week plan will repeat 3 times, so if you are unable to come one week, you can pick it up the following round. Each class will last approximately 1 hour. A one-time fee of $100 allows you to attend all 4 weeks of instruction AND repeat any classes that you like during the 12 weeks of classes.
1. Week 1: Fundamentals of Breath & Movement. Learning to breathe mindfully while exploring simple seated and standing poses.
2. Week 2: Building Strength & Stability. Focusing on standing poses (like the Warrior series) and balancing.
3. Week 3: Flexibility & Range of Motion. Introducing seated stretches, twists, and hip openers.
4. Week 4: Putting it Together. Connecting movement into a "flow" (Vinyasa) and learning how to transition safely between poses.
